# A Little Taste of What I Do

Imagine it’s election day. Polls are open. A communications channel fails, guidance conflicts, and a critical partner hasn’t responded. Decisions still have to be made... but the people making them aren’t all working with the same information, authority, or resources.

What do you need to know before making a move? Who can get you what you need? What happens if they can’t?

You don’t need to work directly in elections or have tabletop experience. If your work depends on decisions across organizational boundaries, you’ll recognize the problem. We’ll also talk about what a tailored exercise could help your own team or network test before those decisions become urgent.
